Thoughts to Ponder 101

I’ve been encouraged to start this blog. AND the best thing to do it to JUST FREAKIN’ START. So here I am.

Not much to say but just encouraging myself to jump in. Plug my nose, close my eyes and take and leap. My goal with this blog is to help parents and families feel seen. I want to give you simple tools to use to help your kids face challenges and know how to dig deep. I want to share with you things I do in my life.

This may morph and change as I go. BUT mostly - here I go.
